How To Use:

Dilute: 1 part essential oil with 2 parts Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil or other pure plant-based oil

Topical: (1) Apply 1-2 drops on location, abdomen, temples, back, (2) Inhale directly to curb appetite and increase alertness, (3) Apply 1-2 drops on the back of neck to improve concentration, alertness, and memory.

Diffuse: Use undiluted in an essential oil diffuser (see directions).

Caution: Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, sensitive skin, or fresh wounds or burns.

Caution: Do not use on children younger than 18 months of age.

External Use Only.

* Store in a cool, dry location with lid secured.

* Keep water out!
