How To Use:
Adult: (1) Apply on bottoms of feet and/or chest. (2) Place a warm compress with 1-2 drops over the chest, throat, and upper back 2 times daily or as needed.
Children (2-12yrs): Dilute 1:2 with Virgin Coconut Oil or other plant-based oil and always test for sensitivities first. (1) Apply 1-2 drops on bottom of feet (2) Place a warm compress with 1-2 drops over the chest, throat, and upper back 2 times daily or as needed.
Babies (18mo-2yrs): Dilute 1:4 with Virgin Coconut Oil or other plant-based oil and always test for sensitivities first. (1) Apply 1-2 drops on bottom of feet (2) Place a warm compress with 1-2 drops over the chest, throat, and upper back 2 times daily or as needed. Do not apply on infants younger than 18 months of age.
Diffuse: To diffuse, place a few drops on a cotton ball in a dish and set it close to the bed. Essential oils are aromatics that will evaporate with or without heat.
Caution: Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, sensitive skin, or fresh wounds or burns.
Caution: Contains Oregano. Oregano is high in phenols and may irritate nasal membranes or skin if inhaled directly from the bottle. If skin is irritated, apply Virgin Coconut Oil or Virgin Olive Oil to dilute. Never try to remove essential oils with water.
